OUR STORY
Sauvage Show Jumping was founded by international show jumper Ariel Yazid and his family. Ariel grew up in the San Fernando Valley, CA and later moved to Bordeaux, France where he started to ride at the SHA (Societe hippique d'Aquitaine). Ariel was then mentored under Jean D'Orgeix, an Olympic Bronze medalist in London who coached the French team to Gold in the 1976 Olympics. Under D'Orgeix, Ariel was able to hone his skills and develop his forward style of riding that he uses to this day.
Ariel continued furthering his education working under many breeding and sales barns throughout the U.S and Europe, where Ariel produced many young horses through the ranks and up to GP level. Ariel's dedication and competitiveness led him in successfully campaigning horses internationally, with the constant pursuit of greatness in the sport.
